Good cleaning should not depend on who shows up that day. That means a documented checklist on every visit, honest communication before the clean about scope and after it about anything unusual, and a flat price confirmed before we start. These are not special features. They are the standard. If something gets missed on an agreed checklist, we come back within 24 hours to fix it.
