You should never come home from work, look around, and wonder whether the clean actually happened. If something on your agreed checklist was not done properly, tell us within 24 hours. We will come back and fix the specific areas that need attention. No charge for the re-clean. No argument about whether it was on the scope.
What the commitment covers
Anything in the written scope confirmed before the visit. If a task was on the checklist and was not completed properly, that is covered. We target the specific rooms or areas that need attention rather than repeating the entire visit, which is faster for you and more efficient for us.
What it does not cover
Pre-existing stains, damage, or wear that was present before the visit. Areas that were blocked by furniture, clutter, or safety concerns during the clean. Tasks that were not part of the agreed scope, for example inside the oven if that add-on was not booked. Results in rooms or areas that were explicitly excluded when you scheduled. We are specific about this upfront so there are no surprises in either direction.
How to report a concern
Call or email within 24 hours of your visit. Tell us what was missed and, if you can, take a quick photo. We will schedule a targeted re-clean at the next available time that works for your schedule. Our goal is to fix the problem quickly, not to debate it.
We stand behind the work because we want long-term clients, not one-time visits. A quick re-clean when something is wrong costs us less than a lost relationship. That is the honest reason this guarantee exists.
